I realize today was probably hectic with all the sales they had, Christmas shoppers, etc. But everyone was grumpy and snippy, especially the checker we had (Paige). We have shopped at Big R for several years and this is the first time we did not feel welcome. We hope the attitude of the staff improves so we can continue shopping at Big R.
